Zambia Graduation Teachers

Misisi Compound, Lusaka, Zambia ~ It is with joy that we announce that three of our teachers - Benjamin, Clement, and Luckson (pictured left to right) - have graduated!

We are also very proud of Luckson, as he came out the best graduating male student in primary at their college (Equivalent of Valedictorian) & he was provided the honor of giving the prayer over the commencement ceremony.

Zambia - Teachers Cutting Cake

WWLM blessed them with a celebration back at the Blessings Lighthouse Open Community School, where the school administration took time to honor these graduates, have some cake & good food, and rejoice in the Lord together!

Thank you to everyone who has donated and sponsored their education!

Haiti Partnership Header

Grand Goave, Haiti ~ In planning for our Summer Shipment, we received word that Mission of Hope International (MOHI) is planning to send a 40-foot container with the goal of packing it to the brim with food - as the nation is still in crisis, with political uprisings that have crippled their country's infrastructure, and food has become impossible to find in the bulk that their ministry needs.

Pastor Lex Holding Food

MOHI has been collecting food at their headquarters in Massachusetts, and to date, they have approximately 3 pallets of food. It has been an uphill battle, as they have been seeking partnerships with distributors, not just for donations of food, but purchasing food in bulk at a discounted rate. The response has been very slow - we ask that you keep this matter in prayer that God will move on their behalf!

Pallet of Food

WWLM has been busy collecting and purchasing as much food as we possibly can, and to date, we have amassed approximately 4 pallets of food (once consolidated.)

So, our collective efforts have just about 7 average size pallets of food. To help put this into perspective - a 40' container can hold approximately 15 single-stacked pallets & 30 double-stacked pallets.

MOHI has decided to push their shipping date out further to allow more time to collect food. Our summer barrels of clothes, shoes, personal care, school supplies, etc., will also go in this container, along with some medical and office equipment that their team will select from our inventory.
