MS. KAWEWE

Position: Pre-Grade Teacher

Certification Course: Early Childhood Education for Primary

Losing her father at a young age set off a series of life struggles for Ms. Kawewe. Her mother had to leave her with her grandparents, as she moved away to find better paying work. She labored hard in farming fields with her grandparents, all while trying to keep working hard at school studies. Life took more twists and turns, making it difficult to keep her education a priority. But God was watching over her life, and put people in the right place, at each and every turn; enabling her to complete her Grade 12 certificate. Ms. Kawewe joined the BLOCS team in 2021, to take on the position of Pre-Grade Teaching Assistant.

In early 2022, she stepped into the Pre-Grade Teaching position, and has shown great passion and skill for these littlest of learners. Sponsoring her in her Early-Childhood Education Certificate will solidify the classroom structure for our pre-grade students, and we will see soaring success for each year they advance at BLOCS!
