Hunger grips the lives of many around our world. Lives are cut short, bodies become susceptible to disease and many turn to a life of crime just to find a way to obtain their next meal.

Our hearts have been so touched by the sights of these devastating occurrences that it becomes all the more evident that we must do something to ease their suffering.

In the following sections of this page, you will see how you can be a part of feeding many children, elderly and families that so desperately need our help.

We thank you in advance for your prayers
and giving to help us make a difference!

to rob the graveyard
and restore hope!

On our first visit to Rinconada, Pamplona Alta, a very poor community in Lima, all we could see for miles was hills of sand, speckled with homemade crosses marking the graves of thousands of lives taken by hunger and disease; the majority belonging to children.

We knew we had to "rob the graveyard" and restore hope and faith to the people of this community. With God's help, we built a church, clinic and feeding center.

Nearly 20 years later, we have seen the children grow into healthy adults with families of their own! The feeding center continues in Rinconada, and now extends to another community, Trebol, where much more help is needed.

Meals will vary according to what is available, but typically consist of rice or pasta, meat and vegetables.

Only 75¢ per meal!

Your giving will help
send out more Goodwill Wheelbarrows to bring
hope and life to many!

Misisi Compound

Misisi is an extremely poor community, home to approximately 80,000 people. Due to hunger and disease, life expectancy is just 32 years of age.

Pastor Gerald and church members fill the Goodwill Wheelbarrow with portions of maize flour, kapenta (dried fish), cooking oil and salt, and head down the dusty paths, asking God to lead them. They share the love of God and the food portions with orphans, widows, lepers, and the blind.

Many of the church branches that this ministry oversees are surrounded by the same needs.

Only 90¢ per meal!

Siavonga

The Misisi church also oversees the distribution of food to villages in Siavonga. Workers load up a bus with
55 lb. bags of maize flour and travel three hours over mountainous terrain and dirt roads. Some villages can then only be reached by foot, so they load the bags onto bicycles and begin the journey to deliver the food portions. Sometimes in these travels they have to sleep in the bush becoming vulnerable to wild animals.

The bags of maize flour bring relief and hope as crops are continually destroyed by drought, too much rain, or by wild animals. More help is needed to relieve their suffering.

Only 45¢ per meal supplement!

Through these monthly feeding programs, people's lives are being changed, not only from the food given,
but, so many times we hear them proclaim, "Now I know that there is a God and He has not forgotten me!"
